Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
  • 5 cloves garlic, halved

Instructions

  1. Combine salad oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, dried mustard, and halved garlic cloves in a jar or container.
  2. Cover and shake vigorously to mix well.
  3. Let stand overnight to develop flavor.
  4. Shake again before using on salad.
