Ingredients

  • 18 new potatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes, covered, in salted boiling water about 15 minutes until tender; drain.
  2. Saute garlic in melted butter until tender. Add parsley and pepper to the skillet; pour over potatoes and toss to coat.
