Ingredients

  • 4 baking potatoes
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • garlic salt
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil scrubbed potatoes with jackets on until almost done. Remove from water and let cool slightly.
  2. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 3 or 4 wedges.
  3. Arrange wedges in a single layer in a baking dish.
  4. Pour melted butter over the wedges.
  5. Sprinkle with garlic salt and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 40 to 60 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy.
