Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked and drained rotelle pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated romano cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In lg skillet, over med-hi heat, combine pasta, oil, and garlic.
  2. Cook and stir for 5 minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Stir well.
