Garlic Steak Sautee

Ingredients

  • T-bone or your favorite steak
  • Garlic about 1/2 cup
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 to 2 cups fresh mushrooms
  • 1 bell pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil is best to use
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Put olive oil in a pan on medium heat
  2. Put in steaks that are marinaded in teriyaki sauce, 1/2 of the onions and garlic
  3. Cook to your liking
  4. While those are cooking melt butter in a pan put in chopped onions, sliced peppers and sliced mushrooms
  5. Sautee until tender on medium heat until tender(about 15-20 min.)
  6. When steaks are ready, remove from pan, top with sauteed vegetables. Delicious.
