Ingredients

  • 2 cups Corn Chex cereal, crushed to 3/4 cup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Combine crushed Chex cereal, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons melted butter and mix thoroughly.
  3. Cut each biscuit in half.
  4. Roll each biscuit half between palms into an 8-inch stick. Brush with remaining melted butter.
  5. Coat the sticks with the Chex cereal crumbs mixture.
  6. Place the coated sticks on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 5 to 8 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Serve hot.
