Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. mild Mexican Velveeta cheese
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. salsa

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen chopped spinach and squeeze dry to remove excess moisture.
  2. Over low heat, melt the Velveeta cheese and sour cream together until smooth.
  3. Add salsa to the melted cheese mixture and stir well.
  4. Mix in the cooked spinach until evenly combined.
  5. Serve warm with chips.
