Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup snipped parsley
  • 1/4 cup snipped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 medium cucumbers, pared, peeled and coarsely shredded

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
  3. Serve with grilled fish, poached or grilled chicken, or tortilla chips.
