Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes
  • garlic salt
  • Creole seasoning
  • butter
  • Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Cover the bottom of a nonstick skillet generously with melted butter.
  2. Slice potatoes thinly and add them to the skillet.
  3. Saute the potatoes in the butter.
  4. Sprinkle Cajun/Creole seasoning and garlic salt over the potatoes.
  5. Place a lid over the skillet and cook on medium heat until the potatoes begin to blacken, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Stir often, ensuring each slice touches the bottom of the skillet.
  7. Add garlic salt throughout the cooking process.
