Gelatin Custard

A creamy and fruity gelatin custard with smooth cream cheese, sweet fruit cocktail, and light gelatin, perfect for a refreshing dessert suitable for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 envelopes unflavored Knox gelatine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 can fruit cocktail
  • 1/2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese in the microwave for 20 seconds.
  2. Add the sugar to the softened cream cheese and mix until completely soft and smooth.
  3. Add the evaporated milk and continue mixing.
  4. Stir in the fruit cocktail with the syrup.
  5. Dissolve the unflavored gelatin in water according to package instructions.
  6. Mix the dissolved gelatin into the custard mixture.
  7. Pour the mixture into a mold or serving dish and refrigerate until set.
