Ingredients

  • 1/2 head lettuce
  • small onion
  • 1 large can well drained English peas
  • mayonnaise
  • Parmesan cheese
  • cucumber slices

Instructions

  1. Chop lettuce and place it in a salad bowl.
  2. Chop onion and spread over the lettuce.
  3. Pour well-drained English peas over the onion.
  4. Cover the peas with mayonnaise.
  5. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Arrange cucumber slices around the edge of the bowl.
  7. Chill the salad before serving.
