Strawberry Dressing
A light and fruity strawberry dressing with hints of lemon, pineapple, and nutmeg, perfect for salads, fruit desserts, or as a sweet topping for various dishes.

Instructions
- Heat the lemon juice, pineapple juice, and sugar to boiling. Remove from heat.
- Beat the egg yolks well and slowly add a small amount of the hot fruit syrup, stirring constantly.
- Return the mixture to the hot syrup, beating constantly with a wire whip.
- Return to low heat and cook until thickened.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Fold in the whipped heavy cream and a dash of nutmeg.
- Serve as a dressing or topping. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
