Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small celeriac
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • white vinegar
  • salad oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • dill weed

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tomato, cucumber, and celeriac in the morning.
  2. Just before dinner, assemble the salad by chopping the vegetables as desired.
  3. Mix sour cream with white vinegar, salad oil, salt, pepper, dill weed, and a pinch of sugar to make the dressing.
  4. Combine the chopped vegetables in a salad bowl and toss with the dressing before serving.
