Ingredients

  • 7 oz. vermicelli, cooked
  • 2 c. cooked ham, chopped
  • 1/2 c. parsley (fresh)
  • 1/2 c. butter or oleo
  • 2 c. mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 4 Tbsp. sherry (optional)
  • salt, garlic and Worcestershire to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all together and top with cheese.
  2. Bake at 350° until hot. Serve with fruit salad or green salad and rolls.
