Ingredients

  • 2 (15 oz.) cans pork and beans
  • 1 c. unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground mustard

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Transfer to a 2 qt. baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 1 to 1.5 hours or until bubbly.
