Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. ground seafood seasoning
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 c. quick cooking rice, uncooked
  • 1 c. diced ham
  • 1/2 lb. small shrimp, cleaned

Instructions

  1. In a 2-quart glass baking dish, combine onion, green pepper, margarine, and seasonings.
  2. Cook on High for 4 minutes or until tender, stirring once.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until done, stirring three times.
  4. Let stand covered for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir before serving.
