Ingredients

  • 2 cans whole kernel corn
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 6 crackers

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except the crackers together in a bowl.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  3. Break crackers on top of the mixture.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes at 300°F (150°C).
