Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup of chopped pecans
  • 1 cup butter (melted)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 4 eggs (medium)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells (deep shells don't work as well) Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
