Giant Taco Appetizer
A vibrant, layered taco appetizer featuring creamy bean dip, guacamole, seasoned sour cream, fresh tomatoes, green onions, olives, and melted cheddar, perfect for sharing.
Ingredients
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans jalapeno bean dip ⓘ
- 16 oz. guacamole ⓘ
- 1 c. sour cream ⓘ
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix ⓘ
- 3 tomatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 bunch green onions (scallions, thinly sliced with 4-inches of green top) ⓘ
- 1 (6 oz.) can black olives, sliced ⓘ
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Spread bean dip in a circle or shape of platter, leaving room around the edge to arrange taco chips.
- Spread guacamole over the bean dip.
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning.
- Spread the sour cream mixture over the guacamole layer.
- Sprinkle diced tomatoes on top of the sour cream layer.
- Arrange sliced green onions over the tomatoes.
- Place sliced black olives over the green onions.
- Top the olives with shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Cover tightly and store in the refrigerator for no longer than 8 to 10 hours.
- Serve with taco chips.
