- Place Boston butt, pinto beans, salt, caraway seed, chili powder, and jalapeno peppers in a large pot or boiler, cover with water, and cook on low to medium heat for 3 to 4 hours or until the meat shreds easily.
- Break up the lettuce into smaller pieces.
- On a plate, scoop some of the cooked meat and bean mixture.
- Add a serving of lettuce, chopped tomatoes, diced onions, shredded cheese, and taco sauce on top of the mixture.
- Serve with a large bag of corn chips.
