Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. parsley
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp. coriander
  • 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 oz. gin

Instructions

  1. Mix everything together until a paste is created and rub on the salmon.
  2. Top with a layer of thinly sliced red onion then wrap in foil and bake at 350 until flaky
