- Crush gingersnaps not too fine; mix in enough Cool Whip to form a workable mixture.
- Place a pecan half in the center of a small portion of the gingersnap mixture and shape it around the pecan to form a ball.
- Roll each ball in confectioners' sugar until coated.
- Chill the balls overnight.
- The next morning, roll the balls in sugar again if they appear moist.
