Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple (not drained)
  • 1 c. sliced olives
  • 1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
  • dash of lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. cold water

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lemon Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water.
  2. Stir in the crushed pineapple (with juice), sliced olives, chopped nuts, lemon juice, and cold water.
  3. Mix well and pour into a mold or serving dish.
  4. Let congeal in the refrigerator until firm.
