Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 2/3 cup pineapple-orange juice, divided
  • 2 Tbsp minced crystallized ginger
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt, softened

Instructions

  1. Combine cornstarch and 2 tablespoons pineapple-orange juice in a small saucepan; stir until smooth.
  2. Add remaining pineapple-orange juice, crystallized ginger, honey, and lemon juice; stir well. Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, stirring frequently.
  3. Remove from heat and transfer to a small bowl.
  4. Cover and chill.
  5. Stir in yogurt just before serving.
  6. Serve with fresh fruit.
