Ginger Peachy Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
  • peach halves, drained
  • 1 can Swanson chunk white chicken
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/3 c. grapes, cut in half
  • salad greens
  • toasted slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. In bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and ginger; toss with chicken, celery and grapes.
  2. Chill.
  3. Serve in peach halves arranged on salad greens.
  4. Garnish with almonds.
  5. Makes about 1 cup.
