Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 fillets of sole
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 carrots, julienned

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, ginger, and lime juice in a bowl.
  2. Spray a baking pan with non-stick spray.
  3. Place the fillet of sole in the pan and top with the yogurt mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and julienned carrots on top.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
