Ingredients

  • 3 oz. butter, room temperature
  • 6 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 6 oz. red pepper jelly
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple, thoroughly drained

Instructions

  1. Cream butter, cream cheese, red pepper jelly and salt. Refrigerate.
  2. Just before serving, add crushed pineapple and fold together.
  3. Serve with gingersnaps.
