Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 box 10x sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix the yellow cake mix, chopped pecans, 1 egg, and melted margarine together.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the 10x sugar, cream cheese, 2 eggs, and coconut until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top of the cake batter in the pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until golden and set.
