Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground round beef
  • 1 can tortillas
  • 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
  • jalapeno peppers

Instructions

  1. Cut the tortillas into quarters.
  2. Press small chunks of ground round beef onto each tortilla quarter.
  3. Slice jalapeno peppers and press slices into the beef on each tortilla.
  4. Cut Swiss cheese into domino-shaped pieces, shake salt onto each piece.
  5. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  6. Place the prepared tortillas on baking pans.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, watching to ensure they are cooked just right.
