Giustino'S Pepperoni Bread

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the yeast and warm water and allow the yeast to bloom for approximately 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups of flour and the bloomed yeast mixture.
- Cover well and keep warm; allow to rise for 1 1/2 hours.
- Dice the pepperoni into 1/2 x 1/2 x 1/4 inch pieces and shred the Swiss cheese. Reserve in a bowl.
