Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated fresh orange peel
  • 4 bananas, halved lengthwise and crosswise
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans

Instructions

  1. Combine orange juice, brown sugar, butter, and orange peel in a large skillet.
  2. Heat until the butter is melted.
  3. Add the bananas and heat thoroughly.
  4. Sprinkle with toasted pecans.
