Instructions
- Brown beef in oil in a skillet.
- Push the beef to the outer edges of the skillet.
- Add crushed garlic and sauté.
- Stir in water and soy sauce.
- Bring to a hard boil.
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and cook over medium-high heat until the liquid is gone and the beef is glazed.
- Stir often so all sides of the beef pieces are coated.
- Serve with rice and broccoli.
