Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1 tablespoon whiskey or brandy
  • 14 oz round Brie cheese
  • apple wedges
  • grapes

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the brown sugar, pecans, and whiskey or brandy.
  2. Place the Brie cheese on an ovenproof platter or 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Bake at 500°F for 4 to 5 minutes, or until slightly softened.
  4. Sprinkle the top of the cheese with the sugar mixture.
  5. Bake 2 to 3 minutes longer, until the sugar is melted and the cheese is heated through.
  6. Brush apple wedges with lemon juice.
  7. Serve the glazed Brie with apple wedges, grapes, and crackers.
