- Place the Brie cheese on an ovenproof platter or 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake at 500°F for 4 to 5 minutes, or until slightly softened.
- Sprinkle the top of the cheese with the sugar mixture.
- Bake 2 to 3 minutes longer, until the sugar is melted and the cheese is heated through.
- Brush apple wedges with lemon juice.
