Glazed Kielbasa

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1/2 c. cranberry juice
  • 2 Tbsp. hot Poupon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 lb. kielbasa
  • 2 oz. dry white wine

Instructions

  1. Cut kielbasa on bias 1/4-inch.
  2. Place in a large saute pan. Mix other ingredients except wine.
  3. Pour over kielbasa; at high heat, simmer close to 10 minutes, until glaze forms.
  4. Stir to keep from sticking.
  5. Splash in wine during last few minutes.
  6. Serve in a large bowl.
  7. Can be served with party dark rye bread.
