Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh peach slices
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 baked pie shell

Instructions

  1. Mash the peaches to make 1 cup of peach puree.
  2. Combine sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan and cook with orange juice and lemon juice until thickened.
  3. Allow the glaze to cool.
  4. Spread some of the glaze in the baked pie shell.
  5. Add the mashed peaches into the shell.
  6. Pour the remaining glaze over the peaches.
  7. Refrigerate the pie for 3 hours before serving and top with whipped cream if desired.
