Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (16 oz) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (16 oz) can pork and beans
  • 1 package Fritos corn chips
  • Grated Cheddar cheese
  • Lettuce, chopped or shredded

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and drain excess fat.
  2. Add stewed tomatoes to the beef and cook until the mixture is reduced.
  3. Heat the pork and beans until warmed.
  4. Place Fritos corn chips on a plate.
  5. Layer the cooked meat mixture on top of the Fritos.
  6. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over the meat.
  7. Add the heated beans over the cheese.
  8. Top with chopped or shredded lettuce and tomato.
