Instructions
- Cook sugar, water and milk to soft ball stage.
- Remove from heat.
- Add chocolate chips, butter, vanilla, nuts and marshmallows. Beat until creamy.
- Pour in well-greased pan.
- Chill overnight.
- Cut in small pieces and wrap individually. Store candy in refrigerator.
