Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges with juice
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding

Instructions

  1. Mix the yellow cake mix, oil, eggs, mandarin oranges (including juice), and crushed pineapple until well combined.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.
  3. Allow the cake to cool completely.
  4. Poke holes all over the cooled cake using a fork or skewer.
  5. Drain the juice from the pineapple and pour it evenly over the cake to soak.
  6. In a bowl, mix the crushed pineapple, instant vanilla pudding, and Cool Whip until smooth.
  7. Spread the pineapple-pudding mixture over the soaked cake and serve.
