Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
  • 2 sticks butter or oleo
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup pecans, toasted
  • 3 (6 oz.) packages milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, evaporated milk, and butter in a heavy pot.
  2. Bring to a roaring boil and cook for approximately 9 minutes (soft ball stage). Remove from heat.
  3. Add milk chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, toasted chopped pecans, and vanilla to the mixture.
  4. Mix well until smooth and combined.
  5. Pour into a buttered pan and let cool.
  6. Once cooled, cut into squares and store in a cool place.
