Ingredients
- 2 large Golden Delicious apples, diced ⓘ
- 2 large Red Delicious apples, diced ⓘ
- 4 large bananas, sliced ⓘ
- 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple chunks, drained ⓘ
- 2 (16 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained ⓘ
- whole green grapes (optional) ⓘ
- 1 cup sugar ⓘ
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice ⓘ
- 2/3 cup orange juice ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix together sugar, cornstarch, reserved pineapple juice, lemon juice, and orange juice in a saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Pour the hot sauce over the prepared fruit and gently toss to combine.
- Leave uncovered until the salad is cooled and the flavors meld.
