Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. boneless chicken breast
  • 12 to 16 oz. cottage cheese
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans cream of chicken and mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) box lasagne noodles
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 medium onion
  • seasonings (salt, pepper, parsley and oregano)
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • 1/4 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Brown or boil chicken.
  2. While noodles are boiling, chop chicken into bite size chunks.
