  • 2 ribs celery
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Brown the pork chops quickly in deep fat.
  2. Pour off the grease.
  3. Add the golden mushroom soup, water, chopped celery, chopped bell pepper, and chopped onion to the pan.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and cook for 30 minutes on medium heat on top of the stove.
