Instructions
- Chop and brown onion.
- Add rice and margarine.
- Stir until rice starts to brown.
- Add spices.
- Put in pot; add chicken broth. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to simmer.
- Cook until done, about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Also great with cooked chicken added before it comes to a boil.
