Ingredients

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 3 small packages vanilla instant pudding

Instructions

  1. Blend margarine, flour, and sugar and press into a 13 x 9-inch ungreased pan.
  2. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  3. Allow the crust to cool completely.
  4. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  6. Prepare the vanilla instant pudding with milk according to package instructions.
  7. Spread the pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Top with a layer of Cool Whip.
  9. Sprinkle 2 cups toasted coconut on top.
