Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can mandarin oranges and liquid from oranges
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding

Instructions

  1. Mix the cake mix, eggs, mandarin oranges with liquid, and oil in a bowl.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 35 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  4. Allow the cake to cool completely and then remove from the pan.
  5. Frost the cooled cake with Cool Whip and spread evenly.
