Ingredients

  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup gin
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water, lime flavor works well
  • 3 tablespoons simple syrup
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Muddle the cucumber (all but 2 slices) and the lime together in a small pitcher.
  2. Add gin and simple syrup and stir well.
  3. In two tall glasses add ice, then pour the gin mixture in and mix well with the sparkling water.
  4. Garnish with a cucumber slice and a pinch of sea salt.
