Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup corn oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 oz can yellow creamed corn
  • 8 oz carton sour cream
  • 12 oz box Flako corn muffin mix

Instructions

  1. Whip together the corn oil and eggs until well combined.
  2. Add the creamed corn, sour cream, salt, and the corn muffin mix to the egg mixture.
  3. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 9-inch square pan.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
