Ingredients

  • 5 cups angel food cake, in bite size pieces
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 package vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 (3 oz.) package strawberry or peach jello
  • Fresh peaches or strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Put bite-sized pieces of angel food cake into a 9 x 9-inch dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine vanilla instant pudding and boiling water, stirring until dissolved.
  3. Add vanilla ice cream to the pudding mixture and beat until well blended.
  4. Spoon the pudding and ice cream mixture over the angel food cake pieces.
  5. Refrigerate until set. Garnish with sliced fresh peaches or strawberries before serving.
