Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. marshmallows, diced
  • 1 pkg. dates, chopped
  • 2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 30 graham crackers, finely crushed
  • 1 c. heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Combine the diced marshmallows, chopped dates, and chopped walnuts; mix thoroughly with 1¾ cups of crushed graham crackers.
  2. Add the heavy cream; mix well until fully incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into a roll or log shape on a plate or cutting board.
  4. Coat the log in the remaining graham cracker crumbs to cover evenly.
  5. Wrap the log well in waxed paper and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to set.
  6. Slice into rounds and serve with whipped cream.
