Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. berries
  • pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Blend eggs, milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  4. Top with berries.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until set and golden.
